Firmware kit 5.3 for AlphaStation 200 2/233 -- on floppy?

I didn't find this in the archives, alas.

I have an AlphaStation 200 4/233 with no CD. The SRM
console is at 6.6-1, and I need to update it to at least
6.9 (so says the VMS OS I'm trying to get on to dual-boot).
The version I have is adequate for T64U, but where can I find
a firmware update on the net, how can I get it onto a floppy
(that being what I've got), and thence update the EEPROM from
the floppy?
