TLZ09 firmware

Hello managers,

How can I know the firmware version of my TLZ09 under DU4.0D?
Using dia I found this line :
"Device name DEC TZ89 DEC2150"
Looking the label : "REV A01"
CAn it be "translated" as firmware version x.x ?
Is there a place to look for the device firmware version?
Any help will be appreciated
