Which dxaccounts should be used?

I am running 4.0D with latest patchkits with C2 Security.

Does anyone know what Compaqs recommendation is for which dxaccounts should
be used?

Is it
/usr/bin/X11/dxaccounts
or
/usr/tcb/bin/dxaccounts

The man page talks about the first. Documentation discusses other dx
utilities in /usr/tcb/bin.

The behave differently on the same machine. The X11 version is larger and
has a more recent date.
