I've recently upgraded a 4.0A system to 4.0D via /sbin/installupdate. I then
installed Open3D drivers and the newest patch kit. After the Open3d install,
the kernel will not build with the layered products and defaults to a base
build. I am getting the following error:
Make: Don't know how to make pci_option_data.c. Stop.
System: DEC 3000 300, with a PMAGD 3D video card.
Operating System: DU 4.0D + Patch Kit (#4)
Subsets installed: OpenGL 4.6, C++_RTL, Fortran_RTL (from 4.0D)
