Hello Managers,
I got several answers. The main idea was
- Dump in 4.x upto 4.0c has a bug
- use tar cf - . | (cd /mnt && tar -xpf -)
- dump 0f - / | (cd /mnt ; restore -xf -)
So I had more other problems, I made a full new
install (4.0F) onto the new disk and all works well.
Thanks for their help to

Original question was :
In order to boot from a new disk, I need to copy
/ and /usr partition from tho old to the new disk.
So, I mount /dev/rz2a to /mnt (the new partition),
then I run :
dump 0f - / | (cd /mnt ; restore rf -)
and I get the message :
THE AVAILABLE BLOCKS (0) IS LESS THAN THE ESTIMATED BLOCKS.
/ size on rz1a is 189.886 blocks and
the space left on rz2a is 507.694 blocs.
