Floppy drive on an AS 200

Dear fellow managers!

The floppy drive which I installed into an AS 200 4/166 (the machine
came without one) is not recognized by the console firmware (updated to
V7.0-9). Can anyone imagine why? In case I'm gonna get it up and
running, what /dev-name shall I assign to it (DU 4.0B)?
