Hi Guys,

It's from last three days, we are facing electricity fluctuations,
which caused more then 7 (seven) times un-suspected shut down of power
for our "Proxy Server". At this morning when I tried my level best to
boot the server, I couldn't succeed so. Our Dec Alpha server hangs
after these ERROR messages;

> vm_swap_init: warning /sbin/swapdefault swap device not found
> vm_swap_init: in swap over comitment mode
> .
> .
> .
> Loading SIOP: script 801000,reg 82040000,data 40a0cf50
> cm_logger: CM_ERROR packet
> cm_logger: bus 0 target 0 lun 0
> ss_perform_timeout
> time out on disconnected request
> Reached max abort count, scheduled bus reset

Does that mean the disk is dead or is there a way to repair it ?

Any pointers will be appreciated.
