Hi Managers,
I got 1 replay to my posting. Thanks to Alan < alan_at_nabeth.cxo.dec.com
<mailto:alan_at_nabeth.cxo.dec.com> >. The response was: "All the documentation
that I have on the subject (the Upgrading the Subsystem section of the
Service Manual) says that the two merely need to have same version of
firmware and patch level. It didn't say anything about hardware revision."

Original question is attached below:

Subject: HSZ70 & transparent failover

Hi, Managers

I have two hsz70 controllers, one has hardware version H01 and other has
hardware version H03 (both controllers have identical firmware version
V73Z-0). Is it possible these two hsz70 configure together into transparent
failover mode with mirrored cache, or I can have troubles because of
different hardware revisions?

Thanks in advance
Tomas
