Did you remake the domain before restoring? If not, you
need to. The filesystem itself is likely corrupt, not the
data on it.

One of the system filesystems is corrupt. Restore from backup is your
 quickest (30-40min) solution.

 Mirroring protects against hw problems, but a corrupt fs gets mirrored and
 both are bad.

Sounds like domain corruption on some domain. If you can boot to single,
run verify on all of your domains. If you can't get past the problem on the
domain, it's restore time again. If it is on the same domain, perhaps you
have a bad disk or block causing it, still will probably mean another
vrestore.
