SUMMARY

GUI options:
        if access to CDE:
                double-click on Application Manager icon
                select Monitoring/Tuning
                select Kernel Tuner
                select proc subsystem
                change parameter

        if access to X11
                run /usr/bin/X11/dxkerneltuner
                scroll down to proc
                change parameter

CHARACTER-CELL (COMMAND LINE) options
        run sysconfigdb
        or edit sysconfigtab (least recommended!)
