hosts order in svc.conf

I've got a odd problem that appears to be related to the newer versions of
Tru64 Unix (uname -a -> V4.0 1229). If I set the hosts order in svc.conf
to be local,yp,bind and then try to rlogin to that system from another
V4.0 1229 system, I get "hostname: Error 0" where hostname is the name of
the system I'm trying to rlogin into. I can rlogin in to the system from
itself (basically rlogin localhost), but not from other Compaqs running Tru64.
I can also rlogin via some Suns that we have. If I then remove bind from the
svc.conf file, the rlogin works fine. This is OK in my environment because
my YP server is performing BIND lookups anyway but I thought it was a bit
curious. I also notice that svcsetup doesn't give an option for
local,yp,bind as a host order so it may be that something changed in recent
releases that I missed.

Anyway, anybody have any ideas why the Error 0 is happening?

Thanks,
Tom Leach
