Console secured?!??

Hi everybody!

I've got a quite bizarre problem, when im in the srm-console on a
AlphaStation 255-family and try to boot it in single-usermode with b -flags
s, I get a console secured message ?!?!? The same thing happens if I try to
do a show or set. Any ideas?
