Hello everybody,
I have a problem with an old Tally Matrix printer. Unix sents to the printer
normally only a LF at the end of each row. But in this case the printer needs
both, a LF and and CR to get into the next row.
On some Laserprinter it was possible to make a simple workaround, I just
configured it so, that a CR was automatically sent after a LF by the printer.
On this old Tally Printer that is not possible.
Can I use the Tru64 Unix Print / Spooling System to do this ? I never worked
with the Input/Ouput filters ...
Maybe it is simple to do this.
Help :-))
Bye
