This may be in the archive, but I couldn't find it. I have a Alphastation
250 running Tru64 Unix v4.0f. The machine will boot up, but after a while
it shuts down and I get the following message:

Kill: 337: no such process
Unmounting NFS filesystems (I am not running NFS, at least I don't intend
to be.)
Flushing Route Tables
PowerAlert Plus Shutdown: done (This is for a Tripplite UPS)

Halting Processes ...
The system is down
... Halt completed
syncing disks ... done
CPU 0: Halting ... (transferring to Monitor)

halted CPU 0
halt code = 5
Halt instruction executed
PC = fffffc000056bce0

I don't know where to start. I only have a basic knowledge of Unix. Can
anyone help me out, and give me some idea of what I should look for.

Your help is greatly appreciated.
