Strange message

Hi All,

On an ES40 running tru64 unix 4.0f this message: INIT Command is
respawning too rapidly. Check for possible errors. id: steam
"/usr/opt/SWCC203/bin/steamd SF" appears after a reboot and when doing
init q. Does anyone know what this means?
