file system error in LSM

 I have a problem when trying to create a file system in a volume group
which is placed in a recently added disk to LSM. The error message I get
is:

# newfs /dev/rvol/sinaica01dg/testvol BB00911C
newfs: /dev/rvol/sinaica01dg/testvol : only 0 partitions



 # disklabel -r rz10 | egrep "disk|c:"
disk: BB00911C
c: 17773524 0 LSMsimp # (Cyl. 0 5289*)
