Telnet problem to self.

I've ran into this problem before, many moons, ago but I forgot what the
solution was. Anyone want to take a stab at it.

When I telnet into my system and then do a telnet to the same system I get
the following error:

telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: No buffer space available

Telnet to other remote systems works and telnet from remote system to this
one is ok.

any ideas??
