All three suggested that the buttons were there, just not visible within
the window on the screen. They suggested resizing the display or window.
What fooled me was that the lower window border was there and, by
accident, the margin between the borders and the rest of the items in the
window looked uniform.
I was using the X-Windows desktop option and windows within it don't seem
to exceed the size of the display. The Microsoft Windows desktop allowed
the window to be larger than the display, bingo, buttons at the bottom.
The other solution I found was to reduce the font size in the CDE.
My older version of Reflection X seemed to have an option for the X-Window
desktop to allow windows to be larger than the display.
