UUCP setup

I am having trouble setting up UUCP in Tru64 Unix. I set up the Devices
file to TCP - - - TCP and it does not work. I set the Devices file to TCP
tu0 - - TCP and it can't file tu0 in the /dev directory. This does work
under AIX (en0). I don't believe the Systems file or the Permissions file
are incorrect. Does any have this working and would the send me an example
of your setup (edited of course).
