Failed sudo attempts generate unwanted e-mail

We use the 'sudo' package to restrict general access to the
root password and it's a very useful utility.

We have had one person leave the group who no longers needs or
wants to receive the e-mail caveats that sudo generates when
someone tries to use sudo for a command that they are not
authorized to use.

Do I have to re-compile and re-install the sudo package on the
appropriate machines or am I missing a configuration file
somewhere that I can simply edit and take his name out?

Thanks
