Dear groups, 2 days ago one Networker Client (axpxx) suddenly stopped working
(after working more then a year without problems).
On the server, after the 'savegrp -vn -c axpxx' I get the message:

* axpxx:All 11/19/99 11:07:52 nsrexec: RPC exec on axpxx is unavailable. Trying
RSH.
* axpxx:All nsrexec: authtype rsh
* axpxx:All Segmentation fault (core dumped)
*...
and the core-file is from savefs.
Another thing is that the nsrexecd-daemon of the 5.2-version refuses to start
up, and the nsrexecd of the 5.5.1-version starts up but creates a <defunct>
child-process.
I reinstalled several client-versions (5.2 from Digital, 5.2 from Legato, 5.5.1)
but all gave the same errors.
I checked all that I know of but couldn't find a clue.
Nothing changed on the client-machine for a couple of months, no system-errors,
all other processes run fine.
Can anyone give me a hint how to analyse this problem.
