SUMMARY: Migrating to ASE1.5 and 4.0D

THanks very much to Tom Brand and Wendy Fong. Both gave practical
suggestions as to the order of operations to get ase 1.5 in place. Wendy
actually provided a copy of the cookbook to do this which I wont post as
it is 81 pages long!
If anybody wants it I will mail a copy with her permission.
