Is there a utility for Conversion of RTF files to ASCII, From com mand line

I have someone who needs to take Rich Text Format files (RTF) and convert
them to ASCII in a DU 4.0D environment using a VT100 TELNET interface. She
would like to run about 100 to 150 of these files through a converter every
week so batch processing ability would be a plus.

Anybody know of anything that could help?
