Hi All, again,
There is a fairly high level of consensus about what I should have done.
The most popular answer was to use the -o noversion option in the mount
command. A more complete answer was to use -o rrip, noversion. That did get
the CD mounted with lower case directory names and without version numbers.
I had previously used the mount command that was specified in
the documentation that came with the adapter.
mount -r -t cdfs -o rrip /dev/rz?c /mnt
Adding the noversion flag helped but didn't get me all the way there.
Another, reply from my first posting was to cd to the correct directory and
run setld from that directory
cd /mnt/digitalunix
setld -l ./
I did that and it worked. Now I have a subsequent problem that I seem to be
missing some thing in that OS. I was instructed that the OSFHWBINOBJECT425
object had to be installed prior to installing this driver.
Thanks for your help - if you have any additional information it would
certainly be appreciated.
Thanks again,
Chuck Taylor
