Is Tru64-Unix 4.0F better than 5.0?

Dear list,

I am planning to upgrade from DU 3.0 by doing a fresh installation. I have a
choice of going to either 4.0F or 5.0. Some here say that 4.0F is "better"
(more reliable) than 5.0. I would appreciate some advice/your experience on
this question.
