(unknown charset) Advfs exception error

Hi all,

I have a problem with Advfs.
The message is :
Advfs exception
PANIC (cpu 0): bs_frag_alloc

The computers shut himself every 10 minutes or so.

My os is 4.0d

I will appreciate any idea on how to solve the problem
