Terminal type undefined

Hello admin,
Thank you very much with the answers you give to my last question. I
will summarize.
But, I am having problems when i try to "su" any user, does not matter
if he has a ksh o csh in the /etc/passwd. This is the message:

# su - user01
Type vt100 unknown
host>
Warning: Terminal type undefined or no termcap entry. Editing disabled.

Any ideas??
