4.0f patch kit 2

FYI - Since the most talked about subject today is 4.0f patch kit 2, I
thought I would share what I found. Since installing patch kit 2 on my
system, I am unable to do a successful backup with vdump. The error
message is "unable to write to device </dev/nrmt1h>; I/O error". It
doesn't matter which device I use, I still get the error. In working
with Compaq this morning, they say it is a known problem with patch kit
2. I am waiting for a patch from engineering to fix this.
