Thanks to Phil Hale for the note about the problem with the
V4.0E fix. Our support team has fixed the file and it should
be out on the web site this afternoon. Our team that maintains
the web site double-checked the other files and they should all
be correct; the V4.0E one was the only one with the wrong stuff
inside, as far as we can determine.
