Networker vs other products

Hi all.

We're starting to evaluate the possibly of migrating from Networker to
another product. We're running the backup server on Tru64 UNIX with
Alpha hardware (server and tape library). The clients will be UNIX
(Tru64, Solaris) and NT servers. We're also looking to get a new tape
library to add to (rather than replace) the current environment. Does
anyone have any product recommendations (backup software, tape library
hardware, tape format)?

One backup product that we've found which would work in our environment
is the one put out by SyncSort. Does anyone have any experience with
SyncSort's backup product (or any of their products)? How does it
compare to Networker? Also, does anyone know of a discussion group for
SyncSort and/or their backup product?

Thanks.
