Summary;
Hi managers.
The matter was that I edited by hand:-(, in spite of the
recommendations, sysconfigtab and I didn't noticed the
default value under DU4.0D just for a vm attribute :
vm:
vm-segmentation = 0
and I added a never processed second entry for vm:
All the other attributes were changed without problems

Solution:
replace the origitinal sysconfigtab and use the
dxkernerldebugger
Thanks to Nikola Milutinovic for his help, as he said C2
was not involved at all.
