cloning systems via ris

Hello,

We are setting a method to clone workstations, so that if a system drive goes
out, we simply issue a boot command and the the complete configuration is
returned. We have run into a small problem and was wondering if anyone can
help. The problem is that we cannot seem to get layered products to load. We
have the layered products installed in the same ris area and told ris we want
these layered products to load. But they do not load. Does anyone have any
ideas.

The ris0 area is setup as shown below.

1 /usr/var/adm/ris/ris0.alpha
      'DIGITAL UNIX V4.0F Operating System ( Rev 1229 )'
'Compaq Fortran V5.3 for Compaq Tru64 UNIX Alpha Systems '
      'DEC Open3D V4.96 '

We have told the ris server that we want the os and fortran compiler to be load
on client X. All we get is the operating system.
We have configured the client to have the product installed, and the postload
script that configures the network, dns, etc. works.
