Jumping ECO Kits

Hello,

  I'm sure this has been answered before but I couldn't search it out in the
archives.

  If I have ECO Patch Kit #3 installed, can I jump straight to #5 or do I
have to install #4 first? I thought that previous patches were inclusive in
the most recent kit, am I wrong?
