programs to convert alpha nt servers and workstations to unix servers and workstations

Hello,

We have a number of alpha nt workstations and servers. I was wondering has
anyone heard of a program that will allow us to convert the alpha nt
workstations and servers to unix workstations and servers cheaply with out
spending large amount of money for licenses.

Any info would be appriciated.
