Here I am again asking for your help. My questions are now related to
T64 v5.0 since I moved to it on one of my servers.
I made a "fresh-clean" installation of 5.0 on my 4100 (no update) and I
noticed that the command
/usr/bin/last
does'nt works properly. To be sure before submitting this mail I went to
Single User, removed /var/adm/wtmp and utmp and touched them back. Then
I returned to multiuser.
The situation is that, while wtmp & utmp files are properly sized and
dated, the last command returns wrong info.

As you can see the info returned by "last" are WRONG !
The user lele which was logged yesteday at 17:12 has logged out
yesterday (I'm sure, that's me!) and all the users now logged are not
reported by "last". The logins are done by telnet and ssh but the error
does'nt depends on the kind of connection you use: both telnet and ssh
are seen by "w" but NOT by "last".
Any suggestion?
Thank to everybody from Italy,
Emanuele
