for their suggestions. But the problem turned out to be unrelated to
the error message we were receiving and had to do with some network
reconfiguration we had done since the previous reboot.
Anton did mention a patch which will address the issue that is
mentioned with the Environmental Monitor.

We've got a very-new DS20 running Tru64 4.0F which was running
fine this morning, but froze, and now won't boot, dying with the
message:
Either SvrSytem_mib is not running or envmon.mod module is not loaded
Error code set in packet - No such varible name. Index: 1
The machine boots into Single User, but still does not boot
even if we disbale the Environmental Monitor from starting. No crash
dumps, or logs are recorded and uerf reports no errors besides the
continuous rebooting.
Any clues would be most appreciated!
