Auto-empty of CDE trash?

Is there any way to set an account such that when the user exits their
CDE session, the Trashcan is emptied (ie. all contents shredded?)?
Many of my users put stuff in the trash and forget that this doesn't
make the items go away completely -- so that our disk keeps getting
filled with thrown away files, etc.
