How to install V4.0F on a DS10?

Has anybody successfully installed Tru64 V4.0F on a DS10? If so, could you
please help me?

My immediate problem is that the V4.0F media includes the Firmware V5.4 CD,
yet this CD has no files on it for the DS10! Yet it MUST be possible since the
DS10 Console Reference states, on p. 1-27, that the Loadable Firmware Update
(LFU) utility "can be booted from the Alpha CD-ROM (V5.4 or later)".
