Managers,

I received these messages in the syslog:

01:29:09 member1 ASE: local HSM Warning: Can't ping member2 over the SCSI
bus
01:29:14 member1 ASE: local HSM ***ALERT: network ping to host member2 is
working but SCSI ping is not
01:30:50 member1 ASE: local HSM Notice: Able to ping member2 over the SCSI
bus
01:30:51 member1 ASE: local HSM ***ALERT: network ping to host member2 is
working and now SCSI ping is working also

Now I know that not being able to ping the other clustermember over the
network is a network-related issue. But what about these ones? Is this more
serious? Does anyone know what the cause can be?

Gegroet,

Dagmar Galama
