Patchkit for rmfset, clonefset bugs?

Hi all,

Q: Which Tru64 version and patchkit# is needed to overcome this bug.
One member reported it to cause a 'global kernel lock'.

We are currently running 4.0F PK2 and experienced problems with the above
fset commands.
Are these patchkits available for download?

Any ideas?
