Repair disk

Hi All,

I've got a PWS500au which is currently floating upside down at the top of
the pond. I've had a replacement motherbaord sent through from field
service but the replacement has problems too. I've got a beep code
indicating a problem with the flashrom data. The hardware guide says this
may be recoverable using an emergency repair disk (ERD). Since it could be a
while before I get a replacement for the replacement does anyone know
where I can find info on how to build/use an ERD. It may not solve the
problem but I'm interested in the procedures anyway.

TIA

Joe
