Hi Managers

I am planning to use Exabyte 220 with 8900 Mamoth tape and Arkeia backup
software.
Right now the library os configured as one tape drive which sequentially
picks up tape from slots.
To use ARKEIA (or any backup software) I need to configure a driver for the
robot so that the application interact with it.
Current version is 4.0D with patch kit 5.

Have any one faced such kind of situation ?
Do I need to install the CAM SCSI utility available at the associated
products CD ?
How to create the device driver for the robot ?

Thanks in advance
I'll summarise later
