number of ptys and sshd2

Hi gurus,

a couple of weeks ago I installed ssh 2.0.13 some machines running
DU 4.0e and it seemed to work fine. Now I occasionally find
'sshd2' process on one of the machines which are not related to
any user but consume almost all the CPU time.

Now it seems that this occurs if a users connects with ssh
but we are out of pty's. So i ran sys_check and increased e.g.
maxusers from 32 to 128. The problem however is still there.

Any suggestions?
