PMAGD Cable Assembly

I am trying to locate a PMAGD to RGB cable assembly
for an Alpha 3000. I have searched the net for hours
and no luck.

This is for an Alpha 3000 with PMAG-D to a DEC (ala
Sony Trinitron) Fixed Frequency RGB monitor.

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
