Network printer configuration

Greetings,

I am trying to configure the NIC on a DEClaser 3500. According to the
manual I need to run a command called "nsconfig" which I can not
find. Is this still part of the distribution? The manual was written
for osf/1 ver 2 and 3 in mind.
