vm_map_pageable failed

Hello!

I have Tru64 v4.0e with the last patches and I hve the next problem:

Sometimes I find the next error:
 am_lock_user: vm_map_pageable failed ret = 5
and if I run the command: ps -ef , all process are defunct.

Any sugestion?
