Problem:
I have installed Ghostscript V5.50 on two Alphas, a Dec3000-600 and a DS10,
both running Tru64 V4.0F. The ghostscript installations are IDENTICAL on both
systems, yet the installed "gs" on the Dec3000-600 works perfectly but on the
DS10 it fails to display postscript files of alphanumeric characters: e.g. it
works fine on "tiger.ps" but not on "alphabet.ps" which comes up blank.
Identical fonts have been installed on both systems, so what can possibly be
causing the DS10 not to render these fonts?
I'll be grateful for any ideas.
