rsh not working after changing to C2

Hi,
I installed a fresh 4.0F + the patch kit 002. After setting the security
to ENHANCED, I can´t rsh anymore. At any rsh command I receive the
message: Your password expires on <a date on next April> without the
output of
the command I issued with rsh.

Example:

$ rsh MYHOST date
Your password expires on Wed APR 8 20:44:03 EST 2000
$

The /etc/hosts.equiv contains the hostname of the remote host. Its
owner/protection is:
-rw------- 1 root system 2378 Mar 8 20:23 hosts.equiv
