Date for Patch Set 3 for 4.0F???

Does anyone know when Patch Set 3 for 4.0F will be out? We have exercised a
"known bug" that has been fixed in this upcoming patch set (which will be out
"soon"), and are looking at an install window of Mar 20-24. We have been told
that we can get a pre-release, but I would rather install the official release
if it will be out by then.
