CAM Errors in uerf log

Hi all. Last week I had to reconstruct an AdvFS file domain due to a drive
failure, which saw a new drive put into the drive stack attached to the
server. Upon coming in this morning, I had received mail that the server
had stopped responding to network requests and had to be rebooted. I've
just gone through the output of "uerf -o full" to see what went on, and
there's around 70+ messages to do with the following:

DEVICE NAME QUANTUM XP34550W LXY4

CCB request completed with an error ERROR - os_std, os_type = 11,
std_type = 10

CODE x70 NOT READY

The drive stack is made up of two Atlas II drives (indicated above), a
Quantum Viking II, and a Seagate Baracuda drive. The errors are only
coming up for the two Atlas drives though. I just wanted to check if this
was due to having some spin delay setting on the drive? This has been
happening for some time, and I wondered if this could have caused the
server to stop working?

Thanks,

------------
